No pains,no gains There is an old saying in China :" No pain,no gain." No pains ,no gains,to gain the good will work well.When I was in elementary school,I could not recite the Chinese text. Every day will be left to the end of the school teachers. In fact, I did not recite the text seriously. Later, my mother supervised me to recite lessons every day. After that , I tried to recite the text every day. I can recite every text fluently. It is because of such efforts to learn and recite the text every day. My Chinese scores have greatly improved than before.So,for every ounce of effort ,there is something to be gained.
