The three pie charts point out the changes of different costs a UK school spent on in three separate year:1981,1991and 2001.

In this three years,teachers’ salaries remained the largest percentage of total school spending,achieving 50% in 1991 from 40% in 1991 and ending at 45% in 2001.However,other works’salaries has been reduced from 28% in 1981 to 15% in 2001.

The percentage of resources such as books increased after decreased first.It took up 15% in1981,then added to 20% in 1991 and fell to 9% in 2001.On the contrary,the percentage of furniture and equipment declined from 15% in 1981 to 5% in 19991 firstly,with that increased to 23% in 2001 finally.The only one which has been increased is insurance.The percentage reached to 8% in 2001 before added to 3% in 1991 from 2% in 1981.

In short,teachers’salaries maintained the largest cost to the school,and the spending of other works’salaries dropped,while there is an increase in insurance and furniture and equipment.

  In short,teachers’salaries maintained the largest cost to the school,and the spending of other works’ (worker's) salaries dropped,while there is an increase in (but the cost on) insurance and furniture and equipment ^{has increased}.
