    To help people is aiways regarded as a traditional moral in chinese.However,there are occasions when we should not hesitate to say "no"when asked for help.

    For instance,someone may feel that if they turn down a request from relatives or friends means"inability",they enjoy the feeling of being needed.And if somebody want you to do is unreasonable or even illegal,you must say"no"without any hestitation.

    Therefore,to help people is not always doing good.People should learn to say'no"when asked for help.
