Good morning ladies and gentlemen!

Today I am going to talk about a significant choice in my life.

As long as we live in this world,we are facing with all kinds of choices.we choose the color of our cloth when we go to work,we choose what to eat&where to eat when we are hungry.Obviously,these are all the "choice games" we are playing everyday&every minute in our daily life.

However, this time the thing waiting for me to choose is not a game anymore.I've got to choose whether to go to Japan or America to get my university education.well,either way seems to be a satisfying choice,however I really had a hard time in *** up my mind.

So,what makes it such a dilemma for me?

The keypoint is going to America requires such a large amount of money that my family can hardly afford.On the contrary,Japan seems to be a cheaper way to go.

But the thing is:I love English,I really do.I've always dreaming about going to the place where all the people around me are speaking this beautiful language.However I hate to see my parents working so hard day&night only to satisfy my own dream.it seems to be so selfish&unfair.

When I tossed&turned in my bed one night,thinking to give up,it was parents who helped me to walk out this confusing situation.

"haven't you got asleep,dear?"my mum asked.

"I can't mum"I dare not look into her eyes,worrying that my guilt will betray me.

However,to my great surprise she said:"I know what you are thinking."

I turn around,shocked"you do?"

she nodded slightly"just follow your dream son,and never worry about the money thing."

"Thank you,mum"I said,with great gratitude&relief.

"It was your father's idea"she smiled.

Though the words of my parents encouraged me a lot,still,I can feel the great pressure overhead.I know once the goal is set,what I can do is nothing but try everything I can to achieve it.

I never know *** a choice can be such a difficult thing.However during this process I think I have learn a lot.Everyone has to meet with some crucial crosspoints in ones life.The time you choose one is the time you lose the other,meanwhile it's the time to get something new.

So,my friend.If you are now *** a significant choice in your life just like what I did.Ask your heart,what is the thing that you really want and never think about what you are going to lose,instead,think about the thing you are going to get,then go for it bravely.

Finally,always keep this in mind:If you shed tears when you miss the sun you also miss the stars
