In recent years,there are more and more generation gap between teachers and students .There is no doubt that the gap is because of the difficulty they communicate with each others.In order to relieve this,I think both of them should cope with their problems in a proper way.

To students,they should pay more attention to what teachers real think and real want for sometimes students misunderstand teachers and give rise to something unpleasant happen.Students should also try discussing the problems with their teachers more often to let them know you better.Above all,students should regard teachers as their friends not enemy.

To teachers,they always prefer good students,due to this,the rest of students do not like them even not to listen to them intently.So,teachers should treat students equally and learn not to look upon a student only by his grade.What's more,teachers should use a gentle and acceptant way to teach their students.

In conclusion,it is hard to get along well with teachers or students in a short time.But if you try your best,you will succeed one day.

  To (For) students,they should pay more attention to what teachers really think and real want (willing) ,for sometimes students misunderstand teachers and give rise to (result from) something unpleasant happen.Students should also try discussing (to think about) the problems with (from) their teachers more often (attitudes) to let them know you (so that they can understand their teachers) better.Above all,students should regard teachers as their friends not enemy.

  To (For) teachers,they always prefer good students,due to this,the rest (some part) of students do not like them even not to listen to them intently.So,teachers should treat students equally and learn not to look upon (classify) a student (them) only by his (according to their) grade.What's more,teachers should use a gentle and acceptant (acceptable) way to teach their students.

  In conclusion,it is (will be) hard to get along well with teachers or students in a short time.But if you try your best,you will succeed one day.
