The Dilemma of How to Deliver the Aids
Recently,it is a very hot topic that how to make people in need get the help and support ,directly or indirectly.
If governments and individuals provide help and support directly to the local communities, the first advantage is easy to conclude -----easy to collect ,easy to distribute. The contributers are expedient to register their help and support. In return, the local community can settle all the things and then classify them simply, and then share them efficiently. Secondly, the local community can give an more comfortable impression on people who is asking for helps. After all, local organization
is more familiar and people are more eager to receive the aids from them. However ,the coin has two different sides .The disadvantages is the use ratio of collections, which can be abstracts or objects etc, is not considerable.Local community is limited in the local .It might be difficult to make a region to allocate different communities from different areas. Each community can get more what the people in their own area is really need and give the resources they don’t need urgently. It can be a win-win situation.
Another argument is the opposite one. They think people should give money to national and international charitable organization .Ok,fine,it seems that it is an most efficient and direct solution for people on the surface. But the branches of those money ,that is the way hoe the money is used,is not so clear and crystal.Whether those money is on the point is worth to discussion. On the other hand, for people in need ,money itself is no use to meet their daily needs. The necessarities ,such as foods, clothes, drinks and etc. ,are the best.
Concequently, concluded the two points, what we should do is,I think, building a system between the local communities and charitable organizations via Internet or other ways. The key point is to make people get the proper, right and necessary help in time.
