  As is known to us, fast food is becoming more popular in China, and there is no sign this craze will slow down. In the meantime, fast food is gaining its great popularity。More and more, especially young people begin to be keen on fast food.

  There are many different reasons for its popularity. Above all, it is convenient. People have such difficult work schedules that they eat fast food for saving time. Moreover, its popularity is attributed to the delicious food. There is no doubt that fast food is tasty. Generally speaking, fast food is cheaper than other foods, that is to say, there is no problem that ones can’t afford. Besides, the comfortable environment of the fast food restaurant and clean food satisfy most people.

  However, when referring to healthy food, we have to take fast food into consideration. After all, fast food can’t provide enough nutrition for us. Therefore, from my point of view, modern people should make a balanced diet, fast food is only a good choice when are in a hurry.
