As is known to us, listening is more important than talking. However, why? First, listening is the base of our comprehension. It can help us understand others easily. Then, listening can show our respect of speakers. Sometimes, it helps us build better impression when somebody else tries to communicate with us. Last but not the least, in the process of listening, we will form the habit of speaking after frequent thinking.
One thing will never fade away from my mind. In my police training, my trainer was speaking something important when a student showed his view suddenly. Then, he was severely punished by my trainer. Thus, it is obvious that listening is more important than talking. Also, sometimes, talking leads to our getting into trouble. Nevertheless, listening plays a vital role in our communication and living.
