 A course of English as a language learning is different from other professional the distinctive characteristics and unique law of learning. It is a very professional discipline. Because we live environment does not exist a wide range of English application context, therefore, in the English classroom teaching, the students exercise is particularly important. English teachers should fully exercise the students' listening and speaking skills in class, give students an effective English context. So, the teacher is the soul of the English teaching activities, was the key to students to learn English well. In this paper, how to give full play to the role of the teachers in English teaching, in teaching practice were discussed. In English teaching, the teacher as the designers and organizers of the teaching activities, supervision, monitoring and evaluation and correction optimization, is to determine the teaching effect of the key factors.
