The letter cards from Aa to Ee.

The word cards beginning with Aa to Ee.

五、　Teaching Steps:

Steps1. Preparation

1、 Let’s chant  (P5)

2、 Let’s do

 T says and Ss do

 T: Open the door.     

 T: Sweep the floor

3、 Free talk

T: Good morning / afternoon.This is our classroom.What’s in the classroom?

S:A board……

Step 2 Presentation

1 T shows the letter card Aa

T: What’s this?

S: Aa

T:yes.

2.T write Aa on the blackboard and instructs the Ss to write it.

3. T shows the words cards “apple, ant and hand ”and asks Ss to read them to find out the pronunciation of “Aa”.

4. T teaches the Ss to read the words

/æ/  /æ/   apple

/æ/  /æ/    ant

/æ/  /æ/    hand

5.Teach other letters Bb,  Cc,   Dd, 　Ee and the words beginning with them in the same way.

Step3  Practice

3. Play the recorder  and repeat.

4. Ask the Ss to read the letters and words.

5. Make a new song.
