           A Let’s lean 
Teaching  aims:
1.      Master the words: old , short , thin , tall,  stong , young .
2.      To enable the Ss to master sentences :Who’s your art teacher?
3.       What’s he like?
Teaching important:
    Ss master the words : old , short , thin , tall , strong   and so on..
Teaching difficulies:
Ss can describe the teachers using the sentences: My ______teacher is ___________.(我的各学科老师的特征)。
Teaching steps:
Step 1:Preparation
A: Lets do
T:  Tall ,tall, tall!   Make  yourself  tall.     Ss: Listen  and  do
Big, big ,big!   Make  your  eyes  big.

B: Describe your friends
     教师把学生学过的描述人物的词板书下来 ,如 tall short strong , thin 等。
 Eg:  T: I  have  a  friend. She is tall and thin. S1: She is ________
She  is  quiet. She  likes  English.  S2 : She  is___________.
   Who  is  he?         S3: She is /He is ________
C: Free  talk
 T:Who’s your Chinese teacher?
S1:Miss Zhu.
T:What’s she like?
S1:She’s tall.    (建议3组对话)。
Step2.   Presentation
1.      T:Who’s  your  math  teacher? S1: Miss  Liu.
2.       T:What’s  she  like?         S1:She’s  tall  and  thin.
3.      Teach: What’s she like?(板书)
T:(show a picture)
T:Who’s  sarah’s  art  teacher?    S1:Mr  Hu.
T:What’s  he  like?  S1: He’s  short  and  thin.
板书:short , thin.
Teach :  short    thin(教师可以通过动作或学生对比体现单词意义)
T:He’s old.(teach-check)
板书:old
T: Mr. Hu is old.
Is  Sarah   old?   S1:No.
T: She  is  young.
Teach: young(板书)
T: Who’s  Sarah’s  P.E.  teacher? S: Mr. Chen.
T:What’s  he  like?S1: He’s  tall  and  strong.
Write  and  teach: tall ,strong..
2.funny kind like before.
Sept 3:Practice
1A:.Listen to the tape.
B: Listen  and  repeat.
C:  Read  the  words  by  yourselves.
2:.Let’s sing: My  new  teacher.

1.      Game:T:做动作.S:说出单词.
2.      Game: 说出单词的反义词。Eg: tall—short  strong—thin.
Step4:.Production.
Show  some  photos  on  the  screen.

Eg: This  is  my  math  teacher.
He’s  young  and  tall.
He’s  very  funny .  I  love  my  math  teacher.
Step 5 :.Progress.
