Hello,everybody. Welcome to go sightseeing in beautiful landscape of Huangshan Wuhe Wetland Park.The scenery here is the largest artificial wetland---Wuhe Ten Thousand Mu Wetland. Huangshan is a place with beautiful nature and long humanity history.“Eight hills,three rivers and one wetland”are the unique cultural and geographical features.

The Ten Thousand Mu Wetland was constructed on November 26^th,2009.In the first part of the project,we have accomplished flatting cofferdam beneath the river for 15km and macadam on the path,planting grasses against the water surface and paving bricks to protecting the slope. Then 2 scenic bridges,4 check dams,8 spillway dams also have been built with 2 waterfalls and 32 islands in the center of the lake.The number of trees is 3776,such as 83 peach trees,982 thousand Salix integra Linns,123 thousand lotus and its roots,5.94 million reeds,1.64 million cattails. So far, the second part of the project is having been constructed.It will be 5km long,occupy 5000 Mu with 215 thousand cubic meter pondages,from Jiangfengkou flood-diversion sluice to Jiangshiwang rubber dam. We are planning to construct a central park,a bird park,a wetland botanical garden,a wetland exploration ground,a wetland production area,a wetland resort and a Yi River resort,totally 15 thousand square meter.

Wuhe Wetland Park responses for the improvement of the water quantity and the protection of the wetland by conserving water resources and regulating the wetland ecological system,which provides a good place for ecological educating and having a nice vacation. As the construction of ecological culture, it makes great contribution to the improvement of living environment and the position on city life. People are leading harmonious lives with nature.

Birds wander in the sky ,some freely enjoy themselves on the lake.The breeze floats lightly on the water shining in the sunshine. Fishes swim here and there in clear water. Flowers blossom all together and the willows on the bank have their buds. These are the admiration of the travelers who come to the Wuhe Wetland Park.
