Step1 Preparation
1.Enjoy a song “I love my family”.
2.Let’s chant:P8.
3.Introduce my friends.
引导学生介绍自己的朋友。如：Hi, I’m Sam. I’m from China. This is my friend, Tim. He’s a boy. He’s a student. He’s from China/ the UK/ Canada/ the USA/ Australia.
Step2 Presentation
1.以旧带新，学习新知（Let’s talk）
(1)教师：呈现Mr Jones,问：Who’s he?引导学生答： He’s Mr Jones.教师：Mr Jones is a man.
(2)学习单词man,并扩展woman对比进行学习。
2.词融于句，巩固新知
活动1：呈现男教师的照片，让学生练说: Mr… is a man.
活动2：呈现男明星的照片，让学生练说：如Yao Ming is a man.
3.Guess and learn
(1) 呈现教师自己爸爸的照片：Look, that is a man. Who’s that man?Can you gusss? 教师出示答案：He’s my father.
(2)学习father,father,father.He’s my father.并扩展mother对比学习。
(3)对比father和dad的用法，并扩展mother和mom对比学习。
(4)T收集一些学生爸爸的照片操练句子A教师逐一展示照片并用Who’s
that man?提问，台下该照片的主人作答：He’s my father.B 请几名学生 提问，下面学生作答。Who can come here and ask?Who’s that man?C两人小组拿照片进行操练。Work in pairs. Show your pictures to your partners.
